"The shoes themselves are excellent — beautiful, solid, and of great quality. I own several Astorflex pairs and am sure this model will please the recipient. Unfortunately, since they’re meant as a Christmas gift, it’s disappointing that they seem to have been a display pair or previously tried on. The seller isn’t really at fault, as the shoes are technically new, but giving a gift that already shows toe indentations in the insoles feels unfortunate. So I’m deducting one star, even though the price–quality ratio is excellent."
